Abstract The machinability of Ti-6Al-4V alloy has been a constant challenge in the industry, although material is widely used aerospace and medical industries due to its mechanical properties, particularly strength-to-weight ratio. current research presents hybrid laser- ultrasonic-assisted machining (LUAM) technique improve turning process. This compared with (UAM), laser-assisted (LAM), convectional (CT). results reveal that UAM LAM can reduce cutting forces surface roughness (Ra) CT.
